How do I change my password?
In order to reset your password, log out of your account and go to the login screen, select the “forgot password” link and follow the instructions.
How do I change my email?
Please contact Dolby.io Support and select "Request Technical Assistance". Please list the email account you wish to change, the email address you wish it to be changed to and if this is the billing contact, that you agree for this to be changed also. Submit your ticket and support will handle it for you.
What should I do if I can’t access my account?
If you cannot access your account, please contact Dolby.io Support and select “Request Technical Assistance” to submit your ticket.
User Management
Inviting Users to your organization
Only new users can be invited to an organization. A user with an existing organization can only be invited by creating a support ticket. In the support ticket include the email of the person to be invited, the inviters email, and the organization to add them to.
Invited users have a temporary account created for them and are emailed an invitation to join the organization that includes a temporary password, the organization invited to, and the name of the person inviting them. When the invited user accepts the invitation they update their password and are an active user in the organization. We currently have two dashboards (Communications & Media and Streaming) and any user added has access to both dashboards.
Deleting users from your organization
When users are deleted from an organization they are removed from the system. We currently have two dashboards (Communications & Media and Streaming) and a deleted user has access to both dashboards removed. If the user had an association with a pre-existing organization please contact support to remove them from the current organization and restore them to their previous organization.
Once a user has been deleted from an organization they can be invited to another one.
