If you are having difficulty playing back your video recordings, please provide us with the following information and we will work to analyze the issue for you.
- The Stream/Recording ids you are experiencing issues playing
- What was used to broadcast the streams? (Millicast Dashboard, your own Javascript application, Millicast OBS-WebRTC, other RTMP encoder? etc.)
- What were the encoder settings?
- Video Codec
- Audio Codec
- etc.
- Is the recording file showing in the dashboard and can you download it?
- What are you using as a player to view the recording?
Do you any error messages or diagnostic information when playing back the recording?
