IP addresses or ranges of the Streaming API (Millicast) servers

We do not know which IP address or ranges will be provided by our cloud providers when commissioning new machines or when we deploy updates.

With the current architecture of our public cloud, which uses dynamic auto-scaling and other VM mechanisms, there is no way to guarantee the same IPs will be used on a day-to-day basis.

Our recommendation would also be to allow the domains:

• *.millicast.com
• *.twilio.com which is our TURN service provider

If it is helpful, our current cloud vendors are Digital Ocean and Oracle Cloud.
