Streaming from Edgecaster (Videon) does not work for the first time

Description:

When configuring an EdgeCaster (Videon) with Dolby.io streaming for the first time, the stream says started on Edgecaster but the stream is not received. This issue is currently being investigated, in the interim please use the suggested workaround.

Workaround:

Reboot EdgeCaster in order to successfully establish the connection.
