When publishing in 4:4:4 the client sends 4:2:0 instead of 4:4:4

Description:

Currently, when publishing a stream in 4:4:4 the client sends 4:2:0 instead of 4:4:4. This is because we have not added H264 444 encoding support in the native SDK yet. At this stage we have only added support for VP9 and hence, the stream converts to 4:2:0. We are working on the adding the support and the capability is expected in future release.
